Cory responded to my online request immediately. I was able to secure an appointment for the next day. He was extremely polite and professional which is mandatory for me. He did a fine job troubleshooting what was wrong with my refrigerator. He was very thorough in checking all the appropriate parts that led to a severe leak. Fortunately, after giving the components a good cleaning, my refrigerator works like new. Older appliances were built better than than they are today. I would rather repair an older, and better constructed model than to replace it with what they're selling these days. Should my refrigerator or other appliances need servicing, I will definitely call him again.

I am pleased with the service provided. Mr. James came to my house to diagnose my Samsung Electric Range. Within 10 minutes he was able to conclude that the bake element was bad. The replacement part arrived at my front door the very next business day. Problem solved! Thanks to Mr. James my appliance is working properly again. I will certainly be calling him in the future if anything else happens.
